Kay Adams Takes Victory Lap After Manifesting Major Bengals-Giants Trade
The Cincinnati Bengals shocked the NFL world on Saturday when they agreed to trade the 10th overall pick to the New York Giants for the 10th overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft.
The move gives New York two picks in the top 10 — No. 5 and 10 overall — while the Bengals get a three-time Pro Bowl star to build their defense around.
While many were still trying to wrap their heads around the trade, FanDuel TV’s Kay Adams was taking a victory lap after seemingly manifesting the trade into existence less than a week prior.

“If the Giants are actually going to deal him, Orlando Brown just did his own deal with the Bengals — could we get Orlando Brown to play the agent and make it happen because Bengals this could be your chance to make a move,” Adams stated on “Up & Adams” last Monday.
“They still have $20 million in cap space this year. Now is the time to use it…here’s no better use for that cap space than on a guy who’s consistently been one of — honestly, has he not been the best interior D-lineman in the league for like five years over?”
Not long after the trade news broke, Adams took to social media to pat herself on the back for putting the Lawrence-Bengals idea in everyone’s minds.
“MWHAAHHAHAHAAA,” Adams tweeted shortly after the trade was announced before saying “boom goes the dynamite” in a follow-up tweet.
Lawrence signed a one-year, $28 million extension with the Bengals on Sunday, tying him to the franchise for the next three years (he has two more seasons left on his current contract).
